Do you charge per seat?
No. folio is priced by team, not by user. Every plan includes unlimited users — your whole preconstruction team gets access for one flat rate.
What's the difference between folio and folio Pro?
folio includes all 5 Bid modules — everything from intake to estimate to risk. folio Pro adds all 6 Preconstruction modules, giving you the full platform: Scope of Work, Contract Review, Project Schedule, Procurement Plan, RACI Matrix, and Drawing Log.
What is the Founding Partner program?
We're accepting 5 GCs to co-build folio with us before public launch. Founding Partners get a 90-day custom buildout, weekly working sessions with our team, and pricing locked below public rates for 24 months. In exchange, we ask for real data access and a case study at the close. Apply through the demo link.
How is folio Ultra different from folio Pro?
folio Ultra adds custom integrations (Sage, Procore, Viewpoint, etc.), a dedicated Customer Success Manager, an SLA guarantee, win rate analytics, and custom data exports. It's designed for larger GCs with multi-office operations or specific integration requirements.
